Tisdale Bus Lines is a family owned and operated business started in 1965 by Joe Adamo. Joe started the company with just one school bus and over the past years, the company has expanded and grown to achieve great success.

In 1993, we purchased our first luxury motor coach. Since then we have gone through numerous acquisitions of different motor coach companies in order to better service our customers.

With our modern fleet of motor coaches and mini-buses, we have the vehicles and the staff to look after all of your transportation needs in a safe, affordable, and professional manner.

We at Tisdale strive to provide our clients with the best service possible. We want to ensure that your travel needs are taken care of from the minute you step on our bus, until the time you step off. Our staff is highly qualified and well trained, and is there to look after all our passengers’ needs.

Our company has become a community leader in introducing and implementing safety measures in vehicles.  For example, our school bus division was the first to install safety cross walk arms, and strobe light stop arms to make it safer for children to get off their school bus.  Since our implementation, this has become a Provincial requirement by law. 

We take great pride in our EXCELLENT safety rating as determined by facility audit and the Ministry of Transportation’s CVOR program. Since 1963, Tisdale Bus Lines has taken great pride in the fact that we have travelled millions of safe kilometers providing injury-free transportation.  We strive to attract and retain highly qualified employees to provide our clients with the best service possible. 

Our large motor coach fleet consists of late model 56-passenger MCI motor coaches in order to maximize efficiencies of operation, flexibility and maintenance.  We specify that all vehicles we purchase must exceed the regulatory requirements for the areas we operate within, including local, provincial, and federal standards. Our coaches are equipped with clean burning diesel engines in order to provide safe, clean and fuel-efficient transportation.

Have a smaller group in need of transportation? No problem. We also have 24-passenger Blue Bird mini buses which offer many of the same luxuries of a full-size coach, just on a smaller scale.
